The answer is, it depends.
While most repairs take 2-days or less, and many are completed in 24 hrs., all situations are different. Our goal is to be completed in 1-day. New or difficult virus’, hundreds of gigabytes of data to transfer, and older / slower systems all add complexity and time to the service. Any parts that have to be ordered will add to that as well.
When you drop your computer off for service, you will get a receipt with a ticket number. You can use that number to check the status online (if you have access to another device of course) of the service.
You will also receive email & text alerts as work is performed and your ticket is updated.
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply return the item and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, repeat customers. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy client.
There are some restrictions on software due to licensing enforced by the manufacturer. In these cases we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Also some hardware, such as laptops, may incur a restocking fee, service charge, or both, to reset to a as-new condition.
